When Wictor Pro was developed there was a clear vision of the value the service would provide to users. For professional investors or managers of other people’s capital, the primary goal is to achieve the most efficient and successful asset management. Wictor Pro is designed to enable exactly this by freeing up time for investors and managers, simplifying administration and providing access to relevant, high-quality data and analysis.

We also aim to support managers of third-party capital in complying with applicable regulations and ensuring the accuracy of management for your capital owners. Wictor Pro’s add-on modules can either be excluded entirely or used to tailor the service to the specific needs of your organization.

Core modules included in the platform

Middle Office

As a Wictor Pro client, you receive personalized service through your Middle Office which assists with order execution and currency transactions. Through the Middle Office, you can also open accounts, custody accounts, capital insurance policies, or investment savings accounts by submitting a request in the backend system.

The Middle Office ensures that your securities transactions and currency exchanges are executed accurately and reconciled on a daily basis. Any new securities or funds you wish to trade are also set up for you by the Middle Office.

In addition, the Middle Office compiles daily pricing data and a summary of total costs for the client, in accordance with MiFID II.

Trading system

In the backend, you can manage allocation and rebalancing, as well as create test portfolios. Wictor Pro optimizes equity trading and execution through technical coordination and collaborates with Infront and Bloomberg as alternatives to trading platforms.

Trading takes place on the market through Wictor Pro’s partners/brokers, where, as a Wictor Pro client, you can trade stocks (long and short positions), Funds, Fixed income securities and Futures and options globally.

If you wish to trade via Bloomberg, that works just as well—you can then add the Bloomberg Terminal add-on module. You decide how to manage dualities in trading, and we integrate your security requirements into the system.

Custody service

As a Wictor Pro user, you assume no capital risk with Wictor Family Office. Instead, we use custodians where all client funds are held separately from our own balance sheet. Cash holdings can also be distributed across multiple custodians to reduce banking risk.

We always ensure that all client capital is kept segregated, regardless of account type or asset class.

Back office

Through the digital task function in the backend system, you can submit requests to Back Office for withdrawals, domestic or international payments, or transfers.

The Back Office can also assist with custody credits or collateral accounts, for example in connection with short selling or other transactions requiring collateral.

Customer management

As a natural part of a professional operation, you gain access to a sustainable, user-friendly, and robust administration system, from which documents can be managed, organized, and stored securely with encryption.

Through the backend system, you can submit digital requests yourself—such as opening custody accounts, investment savings accounts, or capital insurance policies—both within your organization and to the Middle Office. All documents, from account opening forms to withdrawals, are approved and signed digitally using e-identification.

You can also select which documents should be visible in the frontend and determine which users have access to the frontend system Wictor Online.
